## What this page said

Referring to the Red Sox comeback against the Yankees in 2004 and the closing minutes of Super Bowl XXXIX, the page offered tips for tense viewing. They included belly breathing, breathing in for four seconds, holding, then counting down while breathing out, five times, and relaxing a tense neck and shoulders by dropping the chin and raising then dropping the shoulders.

It also advised stretching and moving during the game rather than waiting for the seventh inning or half-time, and being careful about eating and drinking compulsively when nervous.

## Key points from the original

- Breathing exercise: in through the nose, hold four seconds, count down on the exhale.
- Release tension in the neck and shoulders.
- Move and stretch during the game.

This is a historical record, not medical advice.
