## What this page said

The page opened with the advice to start the day with breakfast and listed tips for work: change routine now and then, find time to meditate or listen to a relaxation tape, set priorities, avoid being perfect or doing several things at once, reduce noise, build a co-worker support network and take a lunch break, preferably away from the desk.

It also recommended good nutrition, sleep and exercise, shared breaks and celebrations, seeing unavoidable stress as a chance for growth, and building interests outside the job. Much of the list reappears in the longer 38 Stress Busters page.

## Key points from the original

- Set priorities and avoid multitasking.
- Take a real lunch break and build a support network.
- Develop interests outside work.

This is a historical record, not medical advice.
